We want to support your business the best way we can and often that can mean providing face to face HR support to either your line managers or even to your team.
We recocgnise that for some businesses this may be a regular requirement and, for others, it may be a one off to help navigate through a particular situation.
Therefore, we are happy to provide regular as well as ad-hoc on-site support as you need it, either integrated into your contract with us or for a fixed fee. Taking advantage of on-site support can be a great way of providing a face of HR for line managers and employees as well as ensuring the smooth running of internal HR.
During our onsite visits, we can:
- Assist at HR meetings such as investigations and disciplinary hearings
- Take notes of confidential meetings
- Carry out HR surgeries for line managers to attend and coach them when dealing with HR issues they are facing.
- Conduct mediation between employees
